I'm very excited. Next week, I'm headed out of town with my wife and the kids to a friend's cabin in Flagstaff, AZ. While we're up there, I'll be carving out some significant chunks of time to work on my first ebook, 'Good Fight'. It's going to be a practical guide to becoming empowered through conflict on your team, rather than getting burned out by it. I can't wait to get it to you, but I also don't want to rush it, which can be my tendency. I want to go write the rest of it next week and publish it here at the end of next week. But since I'm more committed to providing quality content for my readers, you can expect to see it sometime before the end of the year.
